As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Rubys Creations. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Rubys Creations, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.


Our commitment to our customers is unwavering. Each of our products undergoes a meticulous inspection process to eliminate any possible defects before packaging. These measures are taken to ensure your satisfaction with our offerings. However, we regret that sometimes we may experience inventory or quality check issues that may affect availability of your selected products.We may have to void your order in particular circumstances. To prevent any unnecessary concern regarding your purchase, we will inform you beforehand. Refunds will be issued to those who have paid online and not via Cash on Delivery once approval has been granted by our team. Our team conducts a comprehensive quality assurance review prior to processing your item. Furthermore, we carefully package your product to ensure that it reaches you in top condition

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Rubys Creations is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on sold products – online or in retail outlets.
  • We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in retail store.
  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

For International Orders:

  • We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
  • Our policy states that once a payment or advance has been made for an order, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, as we initiate the process of replenishing our inventory with new stock to replace the old stock that was sold.
  • Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
  • Any repair or change needs shipping , cost of shipping to be borne by customer only 
  • No replacement, if any will be made unless jewellery which need to be replaced is shipped backed  and received in origial condition
