Rubys Creations offers jewellery made of mixed metal alloy ( combination of silver , brass and gold alloy ), in combination with Cut Glass polki ( real replica of diamond polki in look )and semi precious & artificial stones, depending on what complements each design. We offer options for customised jewellery, but only in pure sterling silver with artificial polki or Moissanite stones .we do undertake orders in real gold and diamond polki

We provide free shipping on all our orders across India if your cart value is above ₹5000, and if below that you will get charge flat shipping rate that is ₹200. Express shipping is available for additional cost only in selected pin codes. For Express delivery, please reach out to us on WhatsApp +91 9815993988 before placing the order.
USD 32 (min) shipping charge per order for delivery outside of India

The duties and taxes (if shipped outside India) shall be borne at the recipient’s end.

Once shipped, you will be receiving an email or SMS from our end with the tracking number and order id.

We require 2 to 3 working days to process the order as it undergoes quality check before dispatch. The order can take anytime between 3 to 7 working days to be delivered for domestic consignments and 5-15 working days for international consignments. You can reach out to us over email (sales@rubyscreation.com) if your order is undelivered within the stipulated time or track your order using the tracking number shared with you at the time of dispatch.

In case if a product does not qualify the Quality check , the dispatch from our head office can take upto 7 days .
