Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Refunds are only issued in rare cases of damaged products, quality issues, or unavailable stock, and are applicable only for prepaid orders.

Our team will review the submitted video and images, and once approved, the refund will be processed.
