Shipping (India): Orders are shipped via DTDC and typically arrive in 3–10 business days. Express shipping is available for select pin codes at ₹500. For any queries, contact us on WhatsApp.
Shipping (International): We ship via DHL Express & FedEx. Delivery may take 4–10 business days. Duties, taxes, and additional charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Refunds are only issued in rare cases of damaged products, quality issues, or unavailable stock, and are applicable only for prepaid orders.
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at rubyscreations@yahoo.com by sharing a full (un-cut) video of the unboxing, clearly showing the damaged product, along with relevant images. Our team will review the submitted video and images, and once approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3–5 working days after approval.
